the g33m is a solid mobo all solid caps raid and plenty of sata ports BUT if you have an 800fsb c2d and like overclocking go for the asus.
i would suggest the gigabyte all day long on 1066fsb cpu's as you get the 1:1 divider on the memory with the f4a bios update (this is only on the ds2r version though not the s2)
