G33?

What is a G33 mobo? I keep seeing them on websites but dont know what they do-do they take 45nm? Penryn? DDR3? If so, why are they so cheap? If not, what is special about them?

g33 is basically an matx version of p35. has onboard graphics too, like most matx boards do.
