G400 Freezing?

Hey guys,

Got a G400 that keeps freezing both in desktop and in applications. Running the latest drivers (LGS 8.35.18)

It freezes for anywhere between 2 and 5 seconds, and there is no disconnect sound, infact the optics remain on.

I've tried different usb ports, unistalling the drivers, reinstalling the drivers, backdating drivers and now I've run out things I can think of to test.

Any ideas?

Its genuinely faulty and needs replacing.

2x G400s in 8 months now.

Dont think I'll be getting another. Any recommendations for a mouse of a similar price range?

Get it replaced, Logitech support is good.

Or are you thinking about getting it replaced then selling it immediately?

Mice arent something I look to much into, the above has a few good results though.

Mine is over a year old and it's fine. You're either very unlucky or something else is causing this problem.

The first rma was due to a design fault, they revised that quite quickly - seemed to be quite a common issue on the Logitech support forums and according to a quick google.

This issue does really confuse me though, gotta be honest.

There are 2 ways,

1) Get in touch with logitech and get a replacement, because it shouldnt be really doing this

2)
