No sorry, only the K series can overclock.
There was a specific bios for some boards which allowed none K CPU's to overclock... but it was pulled and will probably be blocked via windows update.

Thank you for that information. Do you have a suggestion for a functional cpu with that socket of lga 1150 and price range. This is going to be used in a multipurpose machine so looking for something with VT and VT-D in order to use unraid to its max.
