I've a couple of G4WL games (Dirt 2 and Fable 3) neither of which are loading. Dirt has been working fine up until I installed Fable and now neither work. All other games are fine and even if I uninstall Fable Dirt still won't load. Really frustrated and the only thing I can pin it on is G4WL, but I'm not finding anything useful on Google, so any help is welcome.

lol GFWL is a shocking application.
What were they thinking
Can't offer much help tbh, GFWL started for me last time but refused to update / do anything and would just freeze. In fact that's all that happens whenever I've used it on multiple systems.

Make sure you have manually updated the GFWL client.
Close game down, then run the installer:
http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-GB/download/
Then see if the games load.
A recent G4WL system update has made older versions incompatible - you have to update to get the games to work.

It does work properly but a lot of PC users have issues because they are running security software which interferes with port forwarding & or Open NAT issues.
Check out Steam they have a long list of security programs which prevent Steamworks from running properly as well.
GFWL is also badly hampered by being tied into Xbox.com for the back end stuff..............
Never had a problem with it myself. It just logs me in for certain games then sits in the background whilst I ignore it.
