arghhh!

Was using my mouse and suddenly it's given up the will to live. Have tried almost everything, fiddling round with batteries, shaking the damm thing but still theres no life.

I'm convinced the thing is dead....it's only 6 monthes old and has never given me any problems before.

Problem is...i got the thing off a well known auction house (brandnew) so i cant exactly go back to the seller.

Does anyone know anything about opening up and fixing these things....or can give me any info on what logitech are like with replacements?

buying anything off auction sites is dodgy when it comes to warranties, if its dead just open it up or use google, or just buy a mouse from a well known retailer next time

yep they are. Normally sak you to cut off the usb connector and something else and send it to them. DUnno if you do that before or after they send you the new one.

Only heard good things about their RMA service,

I just RMA'd a G5 coz the firmware buggered it up.
Contact them, they sent me a replacement out straight away from Switzerland, all I had to do was cut the connector off and send the old one to them.
Brand new mouse in its retail box. Gotta LOVE that service.
Best. Ever. RMA. Service.
