How good is IGP?? Will it handle 1080p movies, and some light gaming?? How does it overall compare against 3 core Llano?

It should handle 1080p fine, but gaming will probably be poor, it is pretty bad even on HD3000 and thwe Llano is much better in that department but the CPU itself is much worse. Maybe drop to the cheaper Pentium or Celeron and buy a separate graphics card that would give you a better CPU and better graphics but I don't know how it would stack up price wise or even if it is an option on the platform you are using

Lower yourself to the G620/530 and get a dedicated card for cheap.

Agree. While the Llano does offer better gaming performance with the better graphic core than Intel's intergrated one, the thing is that people can still build a G840 and pair it up something like a £20~£25 2nd hand 8800GT, or even a new 6670, which would offer better CPU AND graphic performance, for basically same costs.
