GA-965P-DS3 + E2180: Cooling and paste

I intend to overclock my E2180 on my 965P mobo.

But, I want to be sure about what paste I should get and if the cooler I have is satisfactory.

The cooler I have is the Intel D60188. I don't know what I should buy for paste.

This fan seems to be good up to 2.66 Ghz. Wonder how accurate that is.

That looks to me just the typical Intel stock fan...it's cooling is quite poor...

Yes, it is the stock cooler. I could use it and see how far I can overclock with it, which I suspect would be less than 3.2 Ghz. I'm a beginner, I don't know nothin', but I think getting 3.2 Ghz from the 965P + E2180 is about what folks get. Unless anyone has knowledge that better results are possible. I don't know what's possible with my set-up.

I've decided! :c) I'm going to get some Arctic Silver Ceramique, and stick for now with the stock cooler. I'm on a budget. Then I need to get a video card and a PSU. The subject of other posts to OCUK. :c)
