GA-EX58-UD5 Latency problem!

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

I have the latest drivers for my motherboard.
I have no gigabyte applications installed (energy saver etc..)
I have tested every driver that I can in the device manager.

The only device I didn't try was the graphics card, obviously I couldn't.

The audio stuttering is driving me absolutely insane, I am so ****ed off with it..PLEASE tell me someone knows something about this?

UPDATE: It has to be the dynamic energy saver.

Despite uninstalling it, deleting its program folder, searching for any evidence of its existance, it still exists somewhere.

I know this because when I launch the @BIOS program it wants to turn off Dynamic energy saver and when it closes it the latency goes to 80uS average. Where the hell is this evil **** program hiding, I am well ****ed off with it!!!

you need to install it again and turn it off properly and then uninstall it because its still active at bios level. A lot of people have this issue with dynamic energy saver.
