GA-P35C-DS3R Audio Device on High Def Audio Bus

Any ideas as to why this isn't working properly?
Everytime I boot up it finds new hardware, attempts to install and fails, if I disable it I am allowed to do so, then I try and uninstall and it says it's required for boot up. I am unable to install the driver as the install aborts when nearing completion.

Any clues anyone?

Install the Microsoft UAA driver followed by the audio driver.

Thanks for that, it worked a treat, damn Gigabyte site is slow though!
Not sure why it didn't set up correctly in the first place using the Gigabyte driver disc but it works now.
