GA-Z77-D3H bios not saving settings

Hi, I have been messing around with the overclock on my i5 2500k and when I try to save the settings and restart the computer my old settings are still in action.

I have tried to reset to the default config but even that will not change it back to normal.

Anyone know what I have done? I am using the F19g bios.

it happens sometimes,try reflashing the same bios and enter oc/save/exit then see if the settings stick
