GA-Z77-D3H - what memory speed please

Hi

I have the above motherboard and getting mixed.messages of what my board will support

According to corsair website I can put in 2133mhz.and another forum. says 1600mhz

Please may somebody help

Currently running 2400mhz in a Z77X-UD3H which i guess is similar, be careful running 4 sticks tho extra voltages on the imc will most likely be needed

at will support upto 2400mhz,thats just the default intel specs,it will run much higher than 1600mhz ram speeds

Gpu is 7970 vtx

What 8gb memory sub 60 pound would you recommend I would.like 2x 4gb
