Once for left 4 dead, other than that. STEAM has been perfection.
paypal failed when trying to buy alien vs predator 
I couldn't even attempt to buy it again as it reckoned I already had it! Then next day (after the sale), it realised it had failed, and I would have to pay full price again (Hence the video).

Payment never failed for me....apart from when my bank locked my card because they thought I was a victim of fraud...ahh good old Steam sales.
