A 295X2 if you can find one in your budget if not get a GTX980.
Your current Sapphire Vapor X R9 280X will do you fine for a while (resolution and settings of game dependant) but if you have the upgrade itch you can either
A: Get a good 980
B. wait for AMD's new gpu's released in a month or two
C. look at 2nd hand Titan's (version 1)
