I bought the components for a new gaming rig recently including an A8R32-MVP and an X1900XT XFire setup, it works fine with XFire disabled but the PC shuts down completely if I try loading up the cards with XFire enabled - i.e. if I run 3DMark06 the PC powers off near the end of the first graphics test 
Thought this was a PSU issue (550W Akasa) so I ordered the 650W version, fitted it today but same problem
Thoroughly pee'd off with the thing now, the only way I can get it to work without issues is to load up ATiTool, manually set the clocks & voltages and override the fan speeds to 100% on both cards
WTF? Is XFire really this unstable or am I missing something fundamental :wack:
Cards are both Connect3D versions from the deal last week, 2GB of OCZ RAM, X2 4400+.
Please help if you can!
