Gainward gtx 560 problem

Hi,

just installed gfx from subject line and I`m getting high pitched whine when card is under load.
Friend told me it`s the problem with psu.

I have new Antec true power 650w psu and my old radeon 5850 works perfectly with it.


Anybody can help with advice?

capacitor squeal, my gigabyte 560 does it under heavy load as well

also had a 5850 that did it as well

wouldnt worry about it tbh

Problem is that its quite noisy here and cant live with that.

Should I be aiming to change PSU or graphic?

sorry should have said, the squeal should be coming from your gpu, open the case and have a listen, i've got a tagan 800w in my machine which is more than enough for the 560 so i think your psu should be capable and not straining

My 560 also has a slight squeal nothing too crazy, but my 460 never did. Think it just depends on the card. I don't think you can get it changed just for that though.
