I sent the an e-mail awhile back, with the same question. Their response :

Hi,
The distributor sell with 1 year warranty on all products sold in UK.
But here in Germany all distributor sell the products with 2 year warranty.

Any Gainward card that purchased from OcUK will have a full 2 year warranty with us, Other retailers many have difference warranty terms.
