im thinking of ordering it tomorrow if the demo is any good which comes with pcgamer tomorrow. Anyway from what i read in reveiws they make it sound so cool but ive only played one turn based game civ3 which got tonnes of praise and i hated it.

I didn't like it that much at all. Don't know what it was, just didn't feel enjoyable.
yea its not that fun, all the other races seem to be able to tech faster than you and control more planets than you can. its ok just not that deep in terms of planet control. the spaceship designer is good though. its not a bad game if your into that kind of thing just i prefer racing and fps
