Galaxy buds

I don't have a pair of Galaxy Buds but i do own a pair of Jabra Elite Active 65t. I was originally going to go for the galaxy buds due to the weight but ended up going for the Jabra's.

They have some pretty neat features in-built and has an EQ inside the app along with tracking if they get lost.

I would recommend them although if you want lightweight earphone the Galaxy Buds are pretty decent.

In terms of sound quality i couldn't tell the difference when playing standard mp3's or streaming.

I started down this path with first buying the oneplus bullets (awful), then the ticpods (even worse), then the galaxy buds

The galaxy buds are my favourite. Firstly, they are really comfy to wear and the touch controls work 100% of the time. There is a niggle where sometimes when trying to go to a previous track (3 quick taps), only registers as 2 taps and you go to the next track, not previous. It's a minor niggle. I love the fact that volume up and down is a long press on either side. That's quite clever.

Sound quality is ok. The bass isn't heavy, you get bass but don't expect your skull to shake. Like all earphones, there is a sweetspot but fortunately with the buds you more often than not find it on the first fitting. I think only once or twice have I had to move the buds in my ear to get better sound.

The case is USB-C so that gets an extra point in my book.

I really like them.

oh, also if you have the galaxy watch (which is why I bought the buds in the first place) you can control both devices from the same app.

Did you use the stock ear-tips or use aftermarket ones? Have read that sound quality can be greatly improved with foam tips (better seal)
