Galaxy Note - Franco Kernel Installed - Now Which ROM?

I would've posted this in the relevant thread, but am slightly unsure as to whether it'll get the same attention as if it was a separate thread.

Anyway, I rooted my Note (N7000) with CWM and have installed the Franco r5 kernel. I would like a faster, but still well featured ROM, but really don't know what to go for.

I've faffed about with ROMs in the past on other phones, but have fallen far out of the loop, as the last time I did this was about 2 years ago.

So, does anyone have a Note that is running a spiffingly good ROM that they would recommend?

I'm running ParanoidAndroid v3.6 Jellybean ROM, very impressed so far :-)

Now rocking ParanoidAndroid 3.6 and it's at least a million better.

PA is awesome. I'm running it in "phablet" mode (hate that word) at 260dpi, with system apps and user apps set to phablet @ 240dpi. You may need to enable advanced settings to do the same.

If you fancy tinkering then flash the NX kernel on top of PA. It's got more tweaks and options than you can imagine. He also updates it constantly. Neither of those points is necessarily a good thing, depends on what you like
