just got a galaxy note 2 but have an issue with the wakeup command for s voice. Everything works fine except i cant wakeup s voice with 'hi galaxy' or any other custom command unless i have actually opened the ap. I have the option to turn on the wakeup command but if i am say on my homescreen saying the command will not wakeup s voice. Neither does any of the other comands such as 'open camera' but they all work fine if i have actually opened the ap and am within that app. Any ideas for troubleshooting? tx.

Also interested in this one..my S3 is the same. I disabled SVoice home key double-tap and wondered if it has anything to do with it, but I haven't found the urge to re-enable it and see if it works yet.
