Galaxy S4 issues

been having a few problems with my S4 past week or so with some apps disappearing or not loading and a lot of other issues, i cant get a no phone yet as am not due for another month or so. Am thinking of wiping everything of and starting from scratch and am just wondering what the best course of action should be for this never needed to do this before so am kind of lost on the matter

I had a few weird problems with my s4 last week no play services and apps closing seconds after opening I did a factory reset and it seems ok now though it's my spare and I don't look at it much.
