Are there any games out there that offer a similar mode to Kingpins Bagman. I thought it was great back in the day.

I know this is an old topic but I was Googling for the same thing and this came out near top.
Bagman mode in Kingpin was awesome. The best multiplayer game experience of my life.
This mode of game play should be in other online FPS games the same as the default deathmatch & CTF modes (IMHO).
