Hi,
Can someone link to some benchmark commands & timedemos for the following games:
Quake4
HL2
SC: Chaos Theory
Unreal Tournament 2004
FarCry

All the result i get when searching just tell me to run timedemos (rarther than DLs for them), and display a list of 20,000 commands rarther than the ones i need for benchmarking.

Thanks in advance.
Any help much appriciated.
:)

What about just trying something like FRAPS, and having it overlay the FPS in the corner of the screen?

Its not exactly a real benchmark, but you can use it to give you an idea of the FPS you are getting in game. Basically, just wander around the game a bit, keeping an eye on the FPS. I use that method, not exact, but gives you a basic idea how good an overclock/tweak is helping or hindering perfomrance (rather obviously, if you are going to be testing something like that, be sure to be in the same area, or your FPS may vary hugely)

Because i want the benchmark commands.
I know how my system performs in games, i dont need fraps, i need the benchmark commands for my project, which is a benchmark analysis program.

Thanks.
Are there any extended command lists, like onces for setting in-game settings from the command prompt?

The timedemo will come in handy. It doesnt matter if its too 'intensive', its just for a proof of concept, it doesnt need to be perfect. :)
