Game build £600 comments please

Yet anther system thread, I'm keeping an eye on the other £500 thread but would appreciate some input. It seems a lifetime since I built my last system. My power supply blew up ant I now need a new system for Christmas. This is the spec I've come up with.

I'm hoping that I've got a good motherboard and intend to update the CPU/put a second video card in in the future should it need more oomph. Uses: Gaming and internet mainly.

I'm £60 over my budget. Can I have some suggestions for improvements/savings.

Better, cheaper case for one thing. I'm pretty sure you could run the 5770 on a 450W PSU as long as you don't plan on crossfire later. If that's the case then there's nothing wrong with a 770 chipset board. Would change the RAM for some Patriot stuff... i'd spec you a new build but the site really doesn't want to work for me at the minute.

Edit: yeah in fact theres no mention of xfire support so if you want to allow for that, stick with the 790 chipset

I'd have gone with the TX 450W personally... and the Gigabyte 770 board. Is the Patriot Sector 5 still there?

if he's wanting future xfire (mentioned in post) he'll need more than 450 tho

Ok so I want a quality power supply so that I can add xfire later, I think I'll stick with the corsair tx650. A 790 chipset board for future xfile, stick with the Asus m4a79txd.

Patriot Sector 5 G Series and a cheaper case the coolmaster 330/334 (???) to bring down the price a little

Any comments other comments
- will I have any problems with the graphics card in the case etc.
