Hi Guys after being very close to getting a new PC last year the time has finally come. However all that research I did is now void so I would appriciate some guidance on the following please.

It has to play BF4 Ultra at no less than 60fps so 100fps avg? Bit worried about the AMD GFX as the last time I had one (9700 Pro) it lasted 13 months :( Long time ago however...

I have mouse, KB, Screen and second large capacity HD already.

Thanks :)

If the pc is just for gaming just go for 8GB of RAM. The AMD GPU will be perfect , it will last a lot longer than 18 months

OK thanks good advise I though it was a little overkill :) Easy to add later.

Also question to all how is the customer service from Sapphire or would I deal with OCUK for any issues? You can tell that 9700Pro hurt me lol

You would deal with overclockers when it is under warranty. It would be extremely rare that the card would stop working

Overclockers customer service is extremely good in my experience!

Go for the H105 or the Antec 1250, as the Corsair H100i software has compatibility issues with Windows 8.1. I think something like this is more balanced

Better PSU, case, free RAM with the GPU, bling bling braided cables

Might be an idea to wait for the new 880 series of GPU's in the next couple of months as they are rumoured to be coming :)

Nice a good price and a very nice case. Thanks

Is there a new AMD GFX card due soon aswell as the NV 880? Not sure what to do now it might be worth waiting a few weeks more info?

Not too sure about that, there's some "30 year of graphics development" kind of thing going on with AMD but that might be for the R9 285. I'd be waiting for a month or two, and then come back for a re-spec, but that system I specced is pretty much ready to go

OK slight change in approach. Went Nvidia instead of ATI. I have no intention to O/C so dropped the radiator (The bundle includes the K processor so can always change my mind). The wife wants it as quite as possible so I changed the PSU but don't really know if that's a good one or not? Also saved some cash! Not to fussed about new Nvidia card may still go ATI 290.....

Any thoughts?

Interesting you would go for the 290 non x over the 780? Does the OC'ed 290 out perform the 780?

Looks a great card now I don't know which to buy :)

The Vapor-X is a very good card. It will easily trade blows with a GTX 780. It is also pretty quiet for an AMD card as well. There is a couple of good reviews below.

OK so I take a while to decide on things but it's worked in my favour with the 970 :)

I want to save as much as I can without the regret of going too cheap later. I downsized to the smaller case but can still fit a ATX mobo plus I like the look.

Do Inno3D have a good rep? I really wanted the MSI or GB card but not sure if it's worth the extra. Or do I go for the £200 AMD XFX 290 card instead and save £60?? Plus free shipping and £50 games??

Soundcard only included as I need an optical out for my Astro Headphones do any of the mobo's include a multi use output jack (with adapter)? It's had to tell as there are regional differences. I know on my old Toshiba laptop you could use an adapter on the 3.5mm jack.

I'd go for the i5 Z97X-SLI bundle, I prefer Gigabyte due to their better support/warranty as Asus really are very poor in terms of support

Also if you wanted go for a 850W SuperFlower Leadex, as it's only ~£20 more and it sets you up should you want to SLI in the future
Otherwise looks good to me :)

So you want optical out on a board?

If not you will use a sound card?

Because this board has optical out (and a free keyboard)
