Game Crash Followed by Graphics Glitches

Hi,
I recently bought the new Rugby Challenge game, but unfortuneatley I am having bother playing it. Every time I try and play it the game crashes within a few mintues of playing (sometimes seconds) and once the formalities of closing the program are over, my whole PC is a mess. I am currently using a xfx 6850 card and everything has been fine up until recently. I had this problem once before with Deus Ex, but it went away after a driver update. (I have updated again). Could anyone please help me out with the problem? I've attached a few images of what is happening.(excuse the Fight Club bg lol)

Thanks for the reply, but im pretty sure it's not the game and it's the gfx card itself. It sometimes happens then followed by a bluescreen, but not often.
