Hi all
Sorry if this post is in the wrong area but I seem to be having some audio issues and i'm not sure if it's hardware or software related.
Basically whenever I wake my PC from sleep mode, most games that I play end up having sound cutouts during cut scenes/videos. These cutouts tend to happen every 3-4 secs for like half a second but get very annoying after a while. If I reboot/shutdown my machine the problem goes away.
Anyone else experienced anything like this? I know it's only a niggle of an issue but it's driving me crazy not being able to fix it
Oh and also I must add that this problem happens with both my Asus Xonar DG card (Don't laugh) and my on-board sound device so I don't think it's the actual sound devices that's causing the issue.
Thanks for your consideration
