Hi all, I am currently using a machine I built 5 years ago with a 1070, 32gb ram and an i7 5820k in it. (Thanks to the people that helped me spec that out back then!)
I heavily use Zbrush, Unreal Engine 4(soon 5), Substance Painter, Maya and Photoshop alongside playing the odd games like Halo Infinite, CS:GO, and whatever else comes out in the future. I'm desperate to get onto RTX in UE for a project I am working on, and need 32gb of ram at least for dev work. Zbrush is very heavily CPU based too.
I have 2k to spend, I can go a little above that, but I'm not quite sure what to get. I wish I could build something, but the current situation with GPU's means it'll have to be a prebuilt.
Hopefully someone can give me some advise.
Thanks,!
Jon
