Game ERROR HELP PLEASE

i have cod4
been playing fine but i went to play now it says the game didnt quit propley last time i played it and when it goes to load it says...
iw3mp.exe has stopped working :S
and ive uninstalled and eeverything but nothing works

Uninstall, delete all left over files, remove it from the registry, Try installing again. If that doesnt work just stop playing crap cod games.
