Game identification help...

Need help identifying a game here.

It looks and plays like quake, but at ridiculously fast pace. With never ending streams of enemies and mad music (dance).

Anyone recognise this?

Timesplitters used to be insane too.. though pretty sure that was console only.

Apparantly it might be a mod. Or it runs on the same engine as something - so a bit useless there. But it's none of the above games.
