Game Launchers.

Does anyone know any good game launchers that i can put my games in (with meta information with covers etc) that i can use to launch the exe's of the game with a nice looking interface?)

Does it have to be specific to games?

Kodi (was xbmc) has a few add-ons which can launch programs/games and you can set that up to look how you like.

Alternatively you could look at frontends which are designed mainly for people wanting to build their own arcade machines (few mentioned below but there are loads):
Hyperspin
Gameex
Retro-FE
