Game Patching Software

I'm looking for a piece of software or website that is similar to GameShadow, i'm not seeing much on Google except THIS website.

Any ideas?

xFire apparently downloads game patches automatically. I'm not sure if it works properly because I have it disabled.
But why don't you just use GameShadow?

I'm not saying there is any thing wrong with GameShadow, i'm just curious to see if there is anything else out there.
