I am going to get the Prince of Persia triple pack but need to get another game to get free postage. I don't play many games and my pc is getting a bit old, AMD 2200, 1GB RAM, 9800pro. However, I am happy if a game plays reasonably well with graphics turned down, I played Oblivion quite happily.

Don't want flight sims or driving games, online games or RTS. Must be cheap older games. Considering Baldur's Gate 4 game pack, NWN, latest Tomb Raider, Chronicles of Riddick (would my pc cope?), Splinter Cell, Spellforce.

Previous games I have liked include; Thief series, Farcry, H&D, Morrowind, Deus Ex.

Any thoughts on those I am looking at or other suggestions?

Definately

Plus:

Max Payne 1+2
Mafia
Jedi Knight II
System Shock 2

Though the latter probably can't be gotten hold of new anymore.

get the first - much better than the second. Played the second from start to finish without coming up for breath it was that ace. The second... meh, have it and well, just can't seem to get into it. Will continue playing one day but just now as immediate as the first that is all.

Latest Tomb Raider game would likely chug on that system, I wouldn't fancy running Riddick on that either. On the FPS side of things I'd recommend the following which haven't yet been mentioned:

Call of Duty Deluxe
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Deus Ex: The Invisible War
Painkiller
Halflife
Halflife 2
No One Lives Forever 2
Serious Sam Gold
Unreal

My two pence worth.

Track down Project IGI, you should be able to get it for a fiver. It's not to everyone's taste but I loved it. Also, there's a sequel called funnily enough Project IGI 2 which is also available for a fiver.

Riddick will run on that system although you will have to sacrifice some settings. (I got it running on my laptop which basically has a 9600pro as a GPU).

Had a look at the site where you have to pay postage :D

Personally id get Beyond Good and Evil to make my postage up, excellent game, especially for 4.99 :D

Thanks for the replies, gives me some more options to think about.

I actually picked up a few gams today in a shop (Riddick, Splinter cell-chaos and Rome total war) so I may put off the internet order for a while although I am still very tempted by the Prince of Persia triple pack if I can ever decide what to get with it :p
