Looking for a new RTS to try. Something similar to the C&C and AoE games, so involving base building etc. I've played all the AoE ones and love RA2, but RA3 was a disappointment and haven't heard good things about the tiberium one. I've heard good things about Company of Heroes but it seems to have no/minimal base building, which I do want right now. I've played and liked Dawn of War games as well, though haven't tried the second one yet. Reviews show that it's changed a bit and has no base building either. I'm playing medeival 2 right now, and it has some RTS elements, but again not the type i'm after. So can anyone recommend any?
Also, planning to try either Dragon Age of Fallout 3. I played some fallout a few years ago and quite enjoyed it. I tried playing dragon age on the ps3, and it seems to be allright, but I don't think it's the same experience as on the PC so would prefer getting it for that. Have heard excellent things about it and it's by the people who made Mass Effect which I absolutely loved. So which of the two would people recommend trying first?
