game res changes when i alt-tab?

as you can see in the below picture the game has a black box around it whenever i alt-tab, does anyone know why it does this/ how to fix it?

only way is to go back into game settings and re apply screen res

idk but id just put it down to the actual game,some do it some dont

i tried reseting the game res but nothing the only thing that works is closing the game an re-opening it and since i need to alt-tab for....work related reasons "dont alt-tab" isnt an option

still the same and it seems the game picks and chooses when to have the correct res since i have started and closed the game 5 times with overscan off and atleast twice there has been times where the game has started up with the black box

it run 1366x768 and the game pick up 1600x900 (what my main screen runs at)

it does still do it but im going to change from HDMI to DVI and try then.

so yeah with my second monitor out and on DVI everything is fixed!

but here lies my second problem

i need 2 monitors for work and yes ok it came in use a lot when gaming so was it the size of my second monitor that was screwing me over? or just that i had 2 monitors?
