Game saves across iOS devices

Is this a thing, I remember reading a lot of BS around this awhile back but I can't find a single game where my save is shared across my iPad and my iPhone. They both have iCloud and game centre set up.

It depends if the game supports it, quite a lot of games now have an iCloud save slot which is accessible from other iOS devices.
