Game server admin situation

Right, im in the middle of buying a game server for my clan based around Team Fortress 2.

Basically were having a 16 man server, theres 4 of us chipping in to buy it so we all put £4 each a month to pay for it.

However one of the members disagrees to the fact that the people chipping in should get admin. I believe they should.

What do you think?

I actually want to give the people admin its just one of the members disagrees so i made this thread to show him. But since then hes left.
