I am now getting interested in streaming my gameplay of WoW, SW:TOR and minecraft onto Twitch TV, also to upload videos onto YouTube.
But alas my current set up is quite lacking.
Intel 3570k @3.4 GHz
16 GB of Memory
2 x 500GB SSD's
MSI Nvidia GTX 660ti
Corsair h100 cooler
NZXT Switch 810 case
So after reading some articles about streaming and uploading videos, I can use two PC's. By having this pc for streaming/uploading, once I install a capture card, then the new PC be for gaming. If that is correct, would there be anything else I would need for the old pc, before I build the new PC ?
The parts I hope to purchase for the new gaming pc are
Mobo: MSI Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium Edition
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz (Skylake)
RAM: GeIL White Dragon "SUPER Low-Latency" 32GB
GFX: Asus GeForce GTX 980Ti DC3 OC Strix
SSD: Samsung 500GB 850 EVO SSD
M.2: Samsung 950 Pro 256GB
Power: Super Flower Leadex GOLD 850W Fully Modular "80 Plus Gold"
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H115i
I have not added extra fans or a case, as I will be using a Thermaltake Core X9 case for this rig, and placeing my old rig in a second Core X9.
I have around £2000, would the above build suffice ?
