game stuttering.

hi, i built my first pc around two months ago now, and for around a week ive been noticing frame drops which can go from my usual 200fps to 5-90fps with a lot of stutters. all of my drivers are up to date and am very confused as ive seen a lot of people also have this issue. any help or advice would be great, thankyou.

i have not. im very new to pc and wouldn’t know how to do this. all i know is update drivers to the latest version and game.
