im currently looking for a free to play mmo, i quite like the look of neverwinter and ive played dota 2, any other suggestions guys ?

or
Uthgard (freeshard DAOC).

Only reason I can't recommend Rift is I really didn't enjoy it much.

It feels outdated in my opinion as well. I can't get into it, it looks and feels like a game from 2007.

Planetside 2 is technically an MMO.

Tera is the only mmo you'll find that takes some amount of skill to be successful at, so if you want a challenge try it out.

Dark Age of Camelot.

Takes far more skill as you have to figure out the dated GUI

TERA is pretty good or RIFT

I downloaded both a few weeks ago and got into TERA more, think it's mainly because of the playstyle and having to aim etc.

Recently I've started playing EVE Online as u can play for free with PLEX but really depends on what type of MMO you are looking for
