Game textures look terrible 9070XT

Could be some aggressive driver option turned on by mistake? Check for:

Radeon Chill
Radeon Boost
Radeon Super Resolution
AMD Fluid Motion Frames

Turn them all off
 
I had the frame generation thing turned on in the adrenaline drivers, made red dead 2 look crap. Turned that off and all good. This on a Sapphire Pulse 9070 XT.
 
Hello guys. Sorry for late reply. I’ve bought a new Ugreen high quality cable and the issue is still there unfortunately. All settings in the software are disabled like boost/chill/afmf/rsr. Shall I try reinstalling the drivers but without the software just the drivers to see if that does anything or do you guys recommend anything else for me to try? Thanks for the help I appreciate It
 
Looks like performance FSR settings to me based just on that one image - can't really tell exactly what the problem is from the one image.
 
GPU overheating? Overheating memory can cause weird textures

Try a driver reinstall with DDU
Try new cable (can see you have)
Try on different monitor

If no luck, try other GPU
