Game uninstall catastrophe

I can't really see a way of going back due to my stupidity, but might as well ask :/

I bought Master of Magic and installed it, and it also came along with DOS Box. Something happened, so I thought I'd reinstall it except when I uninstalled it, it seemed to have deleted all of my games. It's not that much of a bother since I have the CDs to them (Half-Life, Shogun Total War, The Witcher Platinum , Morrowind, CnC and Age of Empires 2). These games have their own directory so that it doesn't mix up with my Steam games. Anyway, since it removed all of the games, shortcuts to them are useless. However, I'm worried about the registries and such, and want to make sure that if they're gone, they're gone for good. The problem is that these games are on a separate harddrive and it seems like regedit only has access to the local drive (my SSD).

My questions are, should I even worry about this? If so, what must I do (am I right about the registry)? Or should I just reinstall as normal?

edit: I think I should add that my main OS is on the SSD, the harddrive is just used as storage for games and such

tried a system restore? not sure if this would fix it though.

try using revo uninstaller http://majorgeeks.com/Revo_Uninstaller_d5706.html
in future, as it removes programs and then does a registry scan and u can delete the leftover files.
it may still find the deleted games, if do run it and remove them properly

I have installed that, it seems like it hasn't picked up my previous games, but I'd like to reiterate that my games were on a non-boot drive; would that make a difference?

not sure tbh.
my pc is similar, i have my games installed on a different harddrive than windows.
most are not showing in revo, but some are.

from past expierence, if i deleted a game, i didnt need to go through registry after, as its on a different drive.
you should still have some game save folders in your documents folder, some of my games set it that way.

i think u will be fine, just re-install the games again, then do a backup, so this doesnt happen again

Yeah saved game files are in MyDocuments, I'm not too worried about. Thanks for the help, I've learnt my lesson; DOSBox should be treated with care :S
