Girly? You want me to help with girly? Are you mad? My daughter guts rabbits with her teeth for fun.

We have super monkey ball and donkey konga - lots of fun.
Other than that I am looking to get her mario party 7 with the microphone.

We've also just bought (today) a PS2, eyetoy and the guitar game. There is a musical theme to the games that we are buying our daughter (as the wife and I are music freaks too).

I am not really sure what appeals to 8 year old girls to be honest, my daughter is 3 1/2. What about a dance mat game, they are great fun.

Guitar Hero? What's it like? I'm very tempted.

It's a killer on the arms, it is a bit hard for my girl out of the box but with practice and the right kind of encouragement she'll love it.
The wife loves it, her "smoke on the water" guitar playing was an absolute hoot.

All in this looks set to be huge fun (much like the bongo drums) as some family fun that we can all get into.

I can also see it being a good giggle when the lads come over and have a few beers.

I think i might just have to have another go at it hehe.
