Gamecube to LCDTV

Wanting to hook up the GC to my LCD TV. Are there Component leads for the GC? I.e. anything better than the SCART or is the difference going to be negligible?

Should give a sharper picture, Competent leads are available too. But depends if you have DOL-001 console with a digital AV out.

So if my GC is not a DOL-001, I cant use Component?

The PAL Gamecube (most versions, but not the later 'White' GC from the Mario Strikers pak, or very late ones) does support Component (although this was never released over here), however no PAL GC games support 480p (progressive scan) and therefore the difference of playing 576i over RGB Scart or Component is going to be zero, pretty much.

Personally i would not bother with component with the Gamecube as the cables cost around the £40-£50 mark last time i looked.
