Gamefest, anyone else going?

Taking my lad to gamefest at the nec birmingham this saturday, any other members going? Looking forward to trying out battlefield 3 & mw3 to see how they compare. I wonder which will have the longest cue?

only tickets left for friday, all sat, and sunday sold out. Have to be a game card holder. Tickets were £10.00 adult online. Don't think can get on day? Check out game web site for all info.

Well back from gamefest, alittle disappointing to be honest. Although my 12 yr old son enjoyed it, 90+ streetpass entries on his 3ds from the whole day. I went for mw3 as i'd played in the bf3 alpha, what a dissapointment. 2 hrs que and then to find out not a single pc in sight ! All xbox i was not best pleased, when i questioned a member of staff all they could reply was "Well we are sponsered by microsoft sir? Left in disgust without even playing, was survival mode anyway. You got a t shirt if you got to lvl 15. Give me a mouse and keyboard any day that's how fps should be played. Only thing good about it was son got given tshirt and prestige cap badge for having to wait so long as no under 18's allowed, funny that when half the kids online are under that age? Should have queued for battlefield never mind role on public beta, cannot be long now?
