gamekeyz.net - Reliable?

Using AllKeyShop.com for Final Fantasy 14 a Real Reborn key including a 30 day trial. Took me through to gamekeyz. Ordered over 12 hours ago, it says it's shipped, but I don't have my steam gift (not a key, but gift) to either of my mail addresses that I used.

Are these guys reliable (http://www.gamekeyz.net/) or have I just thrown 14 euros down the wishing well?

Their live chat is offline all the time so I've left a couple of messages.

If it means anything, they sent me a screen shot just now showing the sent the 'gift' to my steam email address. But I still don't have anything. Maybe hotmail is just being slow?

Just to add, they added me on steam, and then kept trying until it finally came through.

The site and staff are great. Would recommend. Sorry for the thread with only me talking lol.

With so many key shops about these days you never can be too careful.

Facebook is a good way to get hold of them, post a message on their wall or something and they wont want bad stuff on there.
