Gamepad for special needs

Hey guys,
Long story short, I have one arm (right side) and only elbow on the left.
I'm playing ps4 currently using controller is fine as it has analogue for movement but as everyone knows mouse and keyboard are "the thing".
I've seen gamepads available with analogue thumbpad but they are always very small and way too much to the side for me to use.
My question
Have anyone seen one with analogue in Middle or can someone manufacture me one?

So are you trying to play on PC or PS4?

Have you seen the Xbox adaptive controller, I would assume it's compatible with PC. I don't know if it may give you some options along with a standard controller or mouse/keyboard.

I want to be able to play on both as not sure on upgrade yet. I'm really keen on using mouse though on right hand

Something you might consider is a mouse with a lot of buttons, which you can program.

Already bought g502 for that but it's the movement I'm after
