If you have a faulty item or the item you have received is not the item you ordered you should contact Gameplay immediately. You can call 0845 345 4440, click on live help or send an email to customer service. Please remember to include your order or address details and let us know what the problem is.
The instructions to return an item to Gameplay are at the bottom of the invoice you receive with your order. Please make sure you tick "exchange" if you want to exchange the item.
If you simply want to cancel an order you have received you can do so except if you unseal any computer software, audio or video recordings. You have this right for 7 days, starting on the day after you receive the goods. You can cancel the contract by leaving notice of cancellation by emailing
[email protected], by posting it to Gameplay, Unity House, Telford Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 6YJ or by faxing it to 01256 784266.
The notice is counted as given on the day that you do one of the above things.
After you have told us you want to cancel the order you must return the goods to us immediately, ideally by recorded or special delivery, and the goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Our address is Gameplay, Unity House, Telford Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 6YJ.
