It's hard to say without knowing the form factor and case. From the looks of it that could be an external power supply as well?

Exactly what is the model number of the PC? I'm assuming it's a prebuilt one from an OEM.

From the looks of this: http://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c04834983

It looks like you can upgrade it, but PSU would be my priority first as it will hold you back from getting a proper graphics card.

CPU wise there's not really you can upgrade anything to as the max TDP is only 65w.

RAM there's only two slots so 16GB will be the max but for gaming that's more than enough. Since the PC comes with 16GB anyway, you already have the max amount. It should be running at 1600MHz so it should be fine.

There's also an M.2 slot which allows you to use an M.2 SSD.

How much does it cost you? You might be better off doing your own build from scratch.

I wouldn't waste your money on that pc. It is pretty horrible, and you have zero to no chance of gaming on it without a dedicated graphics card.

What is your budget ? Do you just need the tower ?

My budget is £600. I want to play Fallout 4 plus any other new games that come out. Someone offered me
amd fx 4100 quad core processor 3.60hz
Amd radeon hd 7700 series
GA-78LMT- USB3
VX237OSmh-LED 23" monitor for £260. Can this be easily upgraded etc.
